- What information is needed to hire a temporary worker for the day?
Call or email and let us know, in as much detail as possible, the job description and the skill desired. We will match you with the best candidate for the job.
- Can I get someone to help me 3 days a week?
Yes! We can accommodate a flexible work schedule. Provide the dates and we will do our best to find the candidate to fit your needs and your schedule.
- My company needs a receptionist for our front desk, can you help?
We can place a receptionist or clerk to help out temporarily or for a permanent position.
- How am I billed?
You will be billed weekly. We will charge your credit card for the hours used. Please look carefully at the hourly rate before signing the contract. There are never any hidden charges.
- How does my employee get paid?
The employee will be paid by Real Staff. You will not be responsible for payroll, vacation time or benefits for the employees. All you need to do is call us for a hard working individual.
- What if I have an issue with someone you sent over?
Call Real Staff and let us know the situation. We will let the employee know their services are no longer needed and we will replace the employee with someone who better fits your needs.
