Real Staff was started on the philosophy that motivated, intelligent employees, trained in the right skills, equals success. Julie Carr, owner, started her career in the human resource department of Clark Construction. Her next move was to work in a staffing agency. There she learned the inner workings of the industry. For the last 10 years, Ms. Carr has been the director of the human resource department for a small design firm. This position has helped her build her customer service skills with a variety of clients and at the same time work very closely with all her employees.
Working in human resources and customer service all these years has given us the edge and the experience to provide high level staff members to you and your company.
